HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders within Cincinnati or Dayton qualify for same or 1 day delivery. All other
orders typically take 2–5 business days to process and ship, depending on order volume and destination.
CAN I GET SOME SAMPLES?
Yes! Once your wholesale application is approved, we’ll send you a sample pack featuring our best-selling flavors and products.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SIGN-UP TO BE APPROVED?
Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to review and approve your wholesale account.
WHY DID MY SIGN-UP GET REJECTED?
Sign-ups may be rejected if the business is not registered in the U.S. or if there are conflicts with existing territorial distribution agreements.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. We do not offer returns on completed wholesale orders.
HOW DO I RETURN DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS PRODUCTS?
