AMERICAN DREAM DISTRIBUTIONS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At American Dream Distributions, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We value our customers' concerns and offer product exchanges or returns under specific conditions.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY
Products deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA)—items that are non-functional immediately upon unboxing—are eligible for return or exchange. Customers must report DOA items promptly to initiate the return or exchange process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include pods, drip tips, replacement coils, and any e-liquids that have been opened or used. Additionally, items that show physical damage or excessive wear and tear, as well as products that have been used incorrectly, resulting in malfunction, cannot be returned. Items ordered incorrectly by the vendor are also ineligible, so we encourage customers to review their orders carefully before submission.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All return requests are subject to approval upon inspection. Customers must request a return form (RMA sheet) from their sales representative or click here to download it. Approved returns may qualify for an exchange or credit toward a future order with American Dream Distributions. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories along with the corresponding order number.
POLICY ON BRAND NEW ITEMS
Refunds or exchanges for brand-new items are only permitted if a processing error occurred on our part or if an incorrect item was sent to the customer. If an error is identified, customers must notify our Customer Service Department or their sales representative within seven days of receiving the product to resolve the issue.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, customers must complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) sheet and include it with the defective items when returning them. If the product remains in an unopened carton, prior approval from the sales representative is required. In such cases, the sales representative's name must be included on the RMA sheet for further review by American Dream Distributions before the return process can proceed. In certain situations, American Dream Distributions personnel may collect items when passing through a customer's area, please contact your sales representative to request a pick-up if needed. All returned products will undergo analysis to improve overall product quality. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items.
CREDITS AND EXCHANGES
Once a return is approved, customers have the option to receive either a credit that can be applied to their next American Dream Distributions order or a direct exchange, in which replacement products will be shipped to their address, free of charge.
LIMITATIONS
This guarantee is exclusively available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. American Dream Distributions reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions. Additionally, we retain full discretion to decline any returns that are deemed unreasonable or excessive.
